Cancellation Policy

Please note that when you book an appointment with us you are taking a spot which is in high demand. We ask for credit card information at the time of booking to ensure your spot, therefore giving you the best experience possible.

In the event of a no call/no show we reserve the right to charge your credit card on file. The amount charged MAY be up to 100% but no less than 50% of the service you booked for. Please give us as much notice as possible (preferably 24 hours) in the event you can't make your appointment time and need to reschedule.

Refund Policy

If you are unhappy with any service you have received, please speak to your tech directly before the service is over, as we are happy to fix it. Urban Hippie does not issue refunds. We guarantee our work. We will rectify any mistakes at your convenience.

Due to high demand Urban Hippie is working diligently to hire new techs. Please be patient while they are in training and do not have the experience the owner has. We understand and want you to walk out happy, so please do not hesitate to ask us any questions. Also, please be patient with their time to complete the service. Our prices for them are lower during this period.
